Student Democracy is a project implemented by Babes Bolyai University and University of South-Eastern Norway and financed by EEA Grants 2014-2021 under the contract 19-COP-0042.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project aims to<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. increase understanding and skills related to democratic processes in organizations.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. make students aware about their role, duty, and power to improve things by involving and acting.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. improve academic staff through cooperation and elaboration of shared educational material and teaching methods.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve these objectives, we have developed some training materials used as support for lectures in 4 Intensive programs organized in Norway and Romania in autumn 2021 and spring 2022. Participating students at IPs worked in an international environment on tasks related to students\u2019 democracy concept<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
