Student Democracy is a project implemented by Babes Bolyai University and University of South-Eastern Norway and financed by EEA Grants 2014-2021 under the contract 19-COP-0042.

The project aims to

1. increase understanding and skills related to democratic processes in organizations.

2. make students aware about their role, duty, and power to improve things by involving and acting.

3. improve academic staff through cooperation and elaboration of shared educational material and teaching methods.

To achieve these objectives, we have developed some training materials used as support for lectures in 4 Intensive programs organized in Norway and Romania in autumn 2021 and spring 2022. Participating students at IPs worked in an international environment on tasks related to students’ democracy concept

Concept of the IP and results achieved were disseminated in a scientific article and 2 multiplier events.
