Four intensive programs were implemented under the framework of SUBFLY Student Democracy. Each intensive program had a specific assignment. Assignments were created by professors based on real life challenges. Lectures, debates with projects’ partners, group work and supervision of professors were the main tools used for solving the assignment. Mixed groups of students have provided the cross-cultural education. Students presented their findings and experiences in a Report. Debates on the Reports have improved soft skills of student (communication, defend of an idea/thesis, public speaking)
